Hello and welcome! I'm Casuarina, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician working in Canberra and over telehealth.
As a specialist eating disorder dietitian, I provide weight-inclusive care for individuals who are looking to better nourish their bodies and reconnect with their appetites; effectively manage medical conditions; navigate IBS or food intolerance; and establish a healthy relationship with food and their body.
I love helping support individuals on their journey to better health through good nutrition, and believe in small achievable steps to improving long-term health and well-being. I am a strong believer that eating should support good health, but should also be enjoyable and fun, and am a big advocate for balance. I have completed FODMAP training with Monash University and am very well equipped to help you navigate your IBS.
